Availability Survey Spring'18

 
To accommodate as many scholars as possible, UROC would like to know your availability for the Spring 2018 semester. 
 

 

Mentors can be faculty or grad students.

Please select times you are available (hour does not conflict with classes) and you can commit to UROC General meetings, workshops, final study hours, de-stress events, seminar speakers, graduate school prep and MORE:

UROC hosts a Graduating Scholars Luncheon in honor of the scholars who participated in a UROC program during their undergraduate career.  Faculty mentors join UROC to recognize the scholars and their research accomplishments.  The event is held the last week of instruction each Spring semester.  This year, UROC would like to know in advance the times the graduating scholars will be available to be able to accommodate the most amount of scholars. 

UROC recognizes all graduating scholars with a luncheon beside their faculty mentor and awards.
UROC wants to hear from you! Have you been in need of a certain workshop or training? You need to learn C++ or how to analyze interview transcriptions? Do you want to visit a national lab or a different campus? UROC does its very best to provide the resources scholars need, but it is your duty to let us know what that is. If you have any suggestions or comments, please let UROC know through this form or via email at uroc@ucmerced.edu and we review all of your requests.
