UROC Travel Request Form

UROC can assist with conference travel as long as you were engaged during SURI as a UROC scholar. However, travel funding is not guaranteed. When submitting a travel request form, please attach all required documentation. UROC will not process incomplete travel request forms.
Please have the following documents ready to submit:

Registration
Email of Mentor Permission
Acceptance of Research Presentation
Additional Documents: Agenda, Flyer, Brochure, etc.
