Research Week at UC Merced is a series of events intended to highlight the research conducted at the institution to the broader campus and local community. We welcome everyone to participate in the events and discover the many ways research impacts our community.

All UC Merced students (undergraduate and graduate students) are encouraged to participate in the Research Week Showcase to present their research conducted at the institution to the broader campus and local community. All of campus is invited to view posters and hear students’ presentations. In addition to campus presenters, Merced County Office of Education is collaborating to bring local students from Merced County schools to showcase their science fair projects.

You are invited to UC Merced’s Research Week reception for community engaged research. ReCESS hosts this event to celebrate research done in collaboration with the Merced Community. This is a wonderful way to learn about current research and how to get involved in future projects. Come meet others interested in connecting research to our community goals and interests.
