  • LSAMP Bridge to Doctorate: SUNY (New York)

    The University at Albany is a recent recipient of the Bridge to the Doctorate Fellowship grant, funded by the NSF. We are now actively recruiting nine (9) talented Fellows for this prestigious award for the 2014-15 academic year. We welcome nominations of capable STEM students for the fellowship program.

  • PNI Summer Internship @ Princeton

    PNI Summer Internship Program
    JUNE 9 – AUGUST 8, 2014 (9 weeks)

    The Princeton Neuroscience Institute (PNI) is offering a summer internship program for highly motivated undergraduates, providing education and hands-on research experience in the field of neuroscience. Participants will closely collaborate with students and faculty at the PNI on original research projects, and thereby gain invaluable first-hand experience on what it is like to be a neuroscientist.

    UC Merced is accepting applications for the Physics/Chemistry joint REU program: Applications in Modern Materials (AiMM).  Students from any accredited university in the United States are eligible to apply.  See the flyer for more details!

     

  • Boston University School of Medicine: Summer Training

    Boston University has a newly funded summer research program, Summer Training as Research Scholars (STaRS).

    The program has been running for the past five years, but now with funding from the NIH-NHLBI, we have revised and expanded the program.

    We will accept 15 minority students interested in conducting biomedical research. The program runs from June 2 until Aug. 8 and includes not only state-of-the art research experiences but also journal clubs, professional development workshops and field trips to local biotech or pharmaceutical labs.
